In any marketing team, in any industry, there is one constant - every brand team could always improve communication clarity between themselves, their customers and their sales forces.  Our experience has shown us the greatest communication static exists between the brand team and their sales forces.

Exemplar LD&T works to clarify and amplify the interface between sales and marketing through development and training.  Working towards a richer interface ensures stronger execution of brand strategy and message delivery. 

The DMS process begins with a thorough discussion and understanding of the product, the market, the message and the brand strategy.  Next we audit current training materials, technical manuals, sales pieces, etc...  and begin crafting a development and training plan that supports and emphasizes the brand strategy. 

Exemplar, working with a design team that consists of marketing and front line sales professionals, designs training modules that enforces the execution of the brand strategy.  This design team will also develop sustainment modules that reinforce the execution piece.
