Next we audit current training materials, technical manuals, sales pieces, etc... and begin crafting a development and training plan that supports and emphasizes the brand strategy.
Exemplar, working with a design team that consists of marketing and front line sales professionals, designs training modules that enforces the execution of the brand strategy. This design team will also develop sustainment modules that reinforce the execution piece.
